Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans are not a mystery. Pick the equipment you want covered, pay once per year, and get priority service when the season turns. The pricing below is what you pay, plus HST.

Every plan includes one annual tuneup on the covered equipment, member discounts on repairs, accessories like humidifiers and air purifiers, and new systems, a two-year service warranty on repairs we perform, priority service ahead of non-members during busy periods, and one free diagnostic visit per year.

Plan visits cover what would otherwise be billed standalone as furnace maintenance or AC maintenance. Plan members get the front of the queue on 24/7 emergency calls too.

Plans renew annually. No multi-year lock-in. The combined AC and furnace plan is the best value if you have both systems, and bundles both seasonal visits under one plan.

For homes with two or more pieces of HVAC equipment, yes. The bundled tuneup, priority dispatch, and parts discount usually pay for the plan in the first repair year. The combined plan is better value than buying both standalones separately.
