Heat Pump Maintenance.

Inverter equipment that runs clean through year ten.

Heat Pump Maintenance

Heat pumps work twice as hard as a single-mode unit, so they earn twice the maintenance. We schedule visits in spring and fall to catch wear before it becomes failure.

Cold-climate heat pumps benefit from a spring and fall tuneup: one before the cooling season, one before the heating season. Inverter compressors run gently but constantly, so coil cleanliness, refrigerant charge, and defrost board health drift in ways that single-mode equipment does not.

We log every check against your file. If we replaced a sensor last fall, we test it again this fall. Continuity is what makes maintenance worth paying for.

Best bundled with furnace maintenance on a maintenance plan for one priority schedule across both systems.
