Most undersized air conditioning units are oversized. We size to your envelope with a Manual J calc, then evacuate the line set to spec before charge so the system runs efficient from day one.
Air conditioning installation is where corners get cut. Quick installs skip the proper evacuation and pull-down, which means moisture and non-condensables stay in the line set, the compressor works harder, and the warranty walks. We do not skip these steps, ever.
Two-stage and inverter compressors run quieter, longer, and more efficiently than single-stage units. They also pair naturally with heat pumps for year-round comfort, and with a high-efficiency furnace install for a complete system swap.
