Furnace Maintenance.
Annual tuneups that catch problems before winter does.

A 90 minute tuneup in October is the single best investment in a no-heat-free January. We log every check against your file so the same problem is not missed twice.
Annual furnace maintenance pays for itself in three ways: fewer breakdowns, lower gas bills, and a longer equipment life. Manufacturers also require documented annual service to honor warranty claims past the first few years.
Our tuneup includes combustion analysis, heat exchanger inspection, blower amp draw, gas pressure verification, condensate trap clean, filter replacement, and a written report. If we find anything that needs more than a tuneup can address, we quote it in writing and you decide. No pressure repairs.
Best paired with a maintenance plan for priority response and discounted parts, or scheduled standalone before the heating season. We also handle air conditioning maintenance on the same visit during shoulder seasons.
