24/7 Emergency HVAC Service.

No heat in February or no AC in July. Real technician answers.

24/7 Emergency HVAC Service

Furnaces fail at minus twenty. Air conditioners quit during heat advisories. The two phone calls a homeowner makes most often arrive at the worst possible time, so the line is open year-round. Heat in winter, cool in summer, real dispatcher in both.

Our after-hours line goes to a real dispatcher who confirms your address, equipment, and symptoms, then routes a technician with the right parts. A written quote on every job before any repair work starts.

No-heat calls cluster in January and February when furnace igniters, draft inducers, and condensate pumps fail under load. No-cool calls cluster in late June and July when air conditioner capacitors, contactors, and refrigerant levels finally give out after a long shoulder season. Most resolve on the first visit because parts ride on the truck.

Plan members get priority dispatch on emergency calls. If you have a maintenance plan, you move to the front of the line. Outside Ottawa proper, see our service area for coverage details.

Questions

Both. The 24/7 line dispatches for no-heat and no-cool calls equally. Winter and summer are our two busiest seasons, and the line is staffed accordingly.
