Maintenance
Fireplace Maintenance.
Glass clean, log set inspect, pilot tune.

Fireplaces are often forgotten until the glass turns hazy or the pilot refuses to light in October. A two-year tuneup keeps the unit operating, safe, and visually clean.
Our fireplace tuneup covers a glass clean (both sides), log set inspection and reposition (logs out of position can produce sooting and CO), pilot assembly clean, burner port inspection, and gas pressure verification.
Often booked alongside furnace maintenance on the same visit during the fall service rush.
