Boiler Maintenance.

Annual service that keeps hydronic systems running clean.

Boiler Maintenance

Boilers run quietly for years and then fail expensively. Annual service catches the slow problems (scale, pump bearings, pressure drift) long before they become Saturday-morning emergencies.

A boiler tuneup covers more ground than a furnace tuneup. Combustion analysis, condensate neutralization, pump cartridge inspection, expansion tank pressure, system pressure, water quality, and zone valve operation all live on the checklist.

High-efficiency condensing boilers in particular benefit from annual flue and condensate cleaning. Acidic condensate eats through neutralizer media and starts corroding the cabinet if left for years.

Most cost-effective under a maintenance plan. Often scheduled alongside furnace maintenance in homes with both systems.

Questions

Boiler Service, asked.

Annually. High-efficiency condensing boilers especially benefit from yearly attention because of condensate and combustion drift.
